Guiding Hearth exists to make that moment a little gentler. We're a free service that helps families understand memory care and find the right community near them — including communities where your parent will be understood in their own language.

Guiding Hearth is a free matching service, not a care provider. We help families find and compare memory care; we do not own, operate, or rank communities, and we do not give medical advice.

We don't own or operate any care community, and we don't rank them. We help you understand your options and connect you with communities that may fit. The choice is always yours, and there's never any pressure.

Free for your family

Guiding Hearth is always free for families. Participating care communities pay us a flat fee when we help a family connect with them. We never charge families and never take a percentage of anything.

Your privacy and dignity

We will never ask for a diagnosis, medical records, or a list of medications. We ask only general questions — who needs care, where you're looking, and how to reach you — so we can help. Your information is treated with care; see our privacy policy.
