How we are paid
Guiding Hearth is always free for families. Participating care communities pay us a flat fee when we help a family connect with them. We never charge families and never take a percentage of anything.
No medical records
We never ask families for a diagnosis, medical history, medications, or health records. Please do not send us any health records.
No guarantees
We cannot guarantee the availability, price, quality, or suitability of any community. The decision about where a loved one receives care is always yours, made at your own pace.
Emergencies
If someone is in danger or needs urgent medical help, call 911. Guiding Hearth is not an emergency service.
